HELLO FRIENDS & WELCOME SPRING!!

The Spring dance on April 11 lifted our spirits with colorful table decorations of bright spring flowers and kiwi lime tablecloths! There were 11 tables with 70 members and guests including friends from Fresno and Bakersfield that we were happy to see! 🥰
Our food table was filled with delicious appetizers and desserts enjoyed by all and lovingly provided by committee members.

We were treated to a “lively” evening, beginning with a Hustle lesson taught by the talented Franco Peraza. It was enjoyed by seasoned and beginner dancers alike.
​
Secondly, a “lively” performance by the Visalia VOGUE team energized the evening! With the members dressed in black lace, black hats, and Madonna-inspired skirts, it was a modern, edgy performance! Dance instructor Susan Morelock, who choreographed & joined in the performance, did an outstanding job, and judging by the applause it seemed to be loved by all!​
Our DJ Cheryl Levitan brought “lively” line dances and mixers for everyone to enjoy throughout the night and even helped us on the floor, along with Dean, to learn the Jerusalema. What a fun couple!

It was my pleasure to chair this dance, and many thanks to the wonderful committee of Dean and Cheryl, Marivel, Mary and Larry, Kelly, Somjai, and Mia. It takes a village!
Oh, and Mary Brown won the $60 Raffle!
