St Patrick’s Day Dance

There certainly was no shortage of Leprechauns & Shamrocks at the March dance.

The hall was decorated with lots of green and the tables with orange, white & green table cloths,

foaming beer mugs and peppermint patties by our decorating committee which included

Paul & Wendy, Diane, Suzie and myself. What great creativity our club has.

We started out with a Salsa lesson by Franco… following immediately with a performance with his dance partner Mary Short.

They danced a sizzling Samba and whisked off to another performance.

As always our members brought delicious entrees and side dishes and the committee brought the salads and desserts.

Members and guests enjoyed their dinner listening to beautiful Irish music that Cheryl prepared along with a fantastic playlist for the evening. I don’t know how she does it!

After dinner we started off the evening with a Salsa to practice the new patterns we learned from the lesson.

Everyone seemed to have a great time and at the end of the day, we made money!!!

I would like to thank everyone on the committee who helped from decorating to cleanup to tear down and they are:
